Wht should any target of these groups post their images?
In at least 2 videos, FUBUXGEAR spoke about how he has pasted male genitalia on the faces of Encyclopedia Dramatica victims. He called it "barbecuing", claiming it was "fair use" and did not violate copyright.
I doubt that few of the adults, or kid's parents, granted permission to have their photos defaced like that and posted on EncyclopediaDramatica.

There are a number of things that can be done. The most drastic (and least likely) is that they can remove anonymity from the sign up process (something like what paypal does). That would carry the added benefit that kids would not be able to sign up without the involvement of a parent, which I would see as a positive side benefit.
